Wow this thread is still going? She hasn't corrected a damn thing. Maybe too busy painting her toes and having an orange mocha frappe? |
Cool story Hansel |

Im pretty sure the dealership has a lot of cameras or maybe more from around that area. Best bet is to try and ask for footage if possible. Hopefully that will help enhance your case to a better outcome. |

probably had a whole bunch of her facebook friends check it out too. Anyone dumb enough to use a real name as a user name, post her own CL post with password access, allowing people to exploit her content really isn't anyone smart to begin with without having to post someone else's personal info. Not trying to be mean, but when you expose yourself that openly online when pretty much EVERY single place including your bank, your pharmacist, your doctor, your phone provider, your internet provider is telling you that personal information online should be kept confidential and then you stupidly use all that stuff rather than an alias? Sorry, that's dumb. Lol, her instagram is still up. Looks like an asian kardashian but not a celebrity. |

And the ones operating are only facing a certain angle, and sure as shit they're gonna have it facing a door or their lot, not the road. In all seriousness OP with the pictures you provided, explain to the adjuster your side of the story. Doesn't matter what the other party said its always be said she said when it comes to accidents. Adjusters do this day in day out, trying to figure out what exactly happened is what they do for a living. The adjusters I've come across in the past all seemed like decent people, who have common sense (at a government employee level) Explain your side of story, if you don't agree with it you always have the option to take it up with a manager. Provide all pictures that you have, and write down what happened asap from what you remember because over time you will forget. Proof read and re word what you wrote down before talking to adjuster each time. My coworkers brother is ICBC Major Loss Management, they're not as incompetent as the media make them out to be, their downfall is really just politics and greed because of accepted way of slack environment at the highest level. |
