^ LED doesn't come with a ballast like HID, the highend one comes with what they call "LED driver" (whatever that is), but it's only the size of an eraser hanging on the wire .

Installation is just like normal halogen, but the back end might stick out quite a bit for the fan. It depends on who made the kit, my kit comes with a rubber cover at the back, which says it protects the wiring.

Glare...ah, I am sure reflector headlights will blind people on the road.

it's not so don't put it in a reflector bowl...it needs to be focused with lenses like HID
