Government work and in particular infrastructure projects are much more complicated to develop in Canada compared to countries such as China.
Eby's response about pipeline from Alberta to BC's northern coast: No, BC Premier David Eby has indicated he will not support a proposed pipeline from Alberta, stating there is currently no real project with a proponent or funding. He opposes the idea on the grounds that it would likely be a publicly funded project and would increase oil tanker traffic, which would risk environmental damage to the coast and conflict with existing bans.
No current project: Eby's position is that Alberta's proposal is not a viable project because there is no private-sector proponent or funding. He has called it a "non-existent" project being used for political purposes.
Opposition to public funding: He questions the idea of Canadians paying tens of billions of dollars for a new public pipeline, especially when existing projects like the Trans Mountain pipeline are not at full capacity.
Environmental and tanker concerns: Eby's government has opposed a new oil pipeline due to concerns about increased tanker traffic and potential environmental harm to B.C.'s coastal waters. He also pointed to the existing federal oil tanker ban on the north coast.
Currently, we have a federal government ban on tanker ships on BC's northern coast. This ban has nothing to do with Carney. The Trudeau government put this ban on tankers in place because of environmental concerns about oil spills.
We cannot put the blame 100 percent on Eby.
Several levels of government must approve tanker ships on BC's northern coast before the idea of a pipeline from Alberta to BC is even considered.
If the Chinese government, Taiwanese government, needed an oil pipeline developed, of course, those infrastructure projects would be done much quicker compared to Canada.
Why? Canada is a democracy. There are many stakeholders that have a voice in infrastructure projects. Indigenous people. Pipelines would be built across Indigenous people's land. Environmental assessments from the government.
China is a communist country. When things such as infrastructure projects need be completed, they are completed much quicker because they are much fewer project stakeholders involved in the project development.
I also think that China's modular construction technology and possible use of AI to develop their infrastructure projects also helps that country's infrastructure projects develop much faster than Canada.
I don't know what happens in Taiwan, your home away from home Hehe, in terms of infrastructure projects, so I'll just leave it at that.

Epstein said he ‘gave’ his young girlfriend to Trump in the 1990s. Trump has denied wrongdoing

Many of the exchanges from the emails feature people implying Epstein had damaging information about Trump and suggesting that he go public with it.
Epstein generally didn’t engage with these suggestions. But at one point in late 2015, he told a New York Times reporter that he could produce “photos [sic] of donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen.”
Later in the same email string, Epstein also alluded to a woman he claimed both he and Trump had dated in the 1990s.
“my 20 year old girlfriend in 1993, , that after two years i gave to donald,” Epstein said, linking to a webpage featuring the woman.

Andersson-Dubin later testified at the 2021 trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted for her role as a co-conspirator in Epstein's sex trafficking network after he was found dead in prison while awaiting new charges two years earlier on similar allegations.

What a day, I was in meetings all day and came out to learn the following things happened today:
- Trump sucked Clinton's dick (Hillary's head game must have been real bad yo)
- Hitler has a micropenis (so it wasn't art school that messed him up?)
- Matt Gaetz paid a 17 year old homeless $400 for sex (and fed her cocaine)
- Megyn Kelly says raping 15 years old is a lot different than raping 5 year olds and it's really not that bad to rape 15 year olds.
