Good PC music managment program for android?

Was just wondering what good music management programs there are that work with android phones, similar to itunes. Since i transferred from my iphone where all my playlists were easy to organize, my android is a shitshow of music with no organization and i havent found any good programs to use to organise my music and make playlists.

People still put music files on their phones?

Really though, Winamp works great. If it still exists

I just started a spotify trial, and the quality is quite low... Some songs sound like 128 kbps.... I like the variety though

I use isyncr as well. Plug in and auto sync like an iPhone. Auto organized the folder structure on the phone etc. Been using it for years.

I use iTunes as well. You can just click and drag from iTunes into the phone. Most of the time, I just play my music through Plex.
