The Hughes brothers skated circles around everyone else but Slovakia did a good job of limiting their offensive opportunities. Madden had a tonne of chances.

PLUS they have $0.051M in cap space now according to Capfriendly (took on an extra $1.05M with the trades) and will have to clear cap space to activate Sekera off of LTIR at the end of January.
