Excited for this. They can do great things with this franchise but it has fallen flat the last few go-arounds. Here's hoping this one delivers.

Ahh Hollywood.

It's either gotta be SJW grandstanding nonsense (Shape of Water aka Grinding Nemo) or another reboot.

And they wonder why movie ticket sales are down and less and less people give shits about awards shows.

Looks like shit to be honest.

Like GS8 said, I don't know what's the deal with movies nowadays. They all just seem the same. Watching the trailer for this literally sounds and looks like every other action movie trailer we've seen over the last few years.

I truly miss the days of movies from the 80's and 90's that were all just plain different from one another. Truly weird and strange movies would come out that were not all alike or produced from the same effects companies and production studios. Even Predator when it came out was considered weird and different, the look of Predator was considered completely different from anything else at the time. Now it just feels the same same.

Predator was easily my favorite movie series when I was a kid (along with Robocop and Alien), the Predator universe has great material for them to utilize but ultimately this will be another boring action flick we'll all soon forget.

I've yet to see any predator spinoff movies. The original was so awesome when I was a kid only disappointment could have come from watching them.
