where to buy license plate frames

Hey Guys, I am looking for some nice quality license plate frames in black. Where do you guys buy locally or order from within Canada. I like the Weather Tech billet aluminum ones, but they are $239!!!!! looking to spend between $50 to $100 per set.....BMW or Porsche specific ones are good. Thanks

get free ones from a dealer (flat style, not embossed letters). then remove the lettering paint (brake fluid seems to do well) and give it a polishing buff. tada
surprisingly clean looking.

License Plate Frames & Fasteners | Canadian Tire

i bought a pot metal black powdercoated plate frame from crappy tire many years back and it's like new, not like those cheap ones out there that rust or flake.

Whhhhaaaatttttt ?!?! I'm surprised your dealership doesn't just give them to you.

I've gotten aluminum mcl plates for free
Aluminum Ferrari / Maserati plates for free

Just roll up with the AM or Porsche (anything they sell) and ask service.

i park on the street, and i've had to replace my license plates because of idiots who park by braille. i lost a good set of numbers i had hand picked because of it. i ended up getting a cover and it was cheap to replace if it gets trashed. i ran with it for more than 10 years until recently i got ticketed by a cop and had to go to court to dodge a $230 fine... but that's a story for another day.

Our back plates are annoying for fitment because of that little sticker gap at the bottom.

Anyone know anything about doing 3D printing online? I might be able to figure out the modelling part but I don't know where to go for printing. Someone in my 500 club made these.
