Good videos/articles to improve your photos!

So an older nephew I have recently dived into the photography world and asked me to give him some basic lessons and also what he can read/watch to improve his skills.

I thought I'd start a thread so everyone can share their findings/secrets, it makes my job easier and I think we can all benefit from a collective work.

One of the youtube channels that I've followed for a while is Tavis Leaf Glover. His lesson on dynamic symmetry is awesome and really brings photography beyond the basic. It basically makes the rules of 3rd obsolete by giving an insight beyond what made RoT popular in the first place.

Any youtube channel or guides that you'd suggest?
