Maybe it was a Mustang in disguise....

WTF.. spinout in a AWD car going straight...

Mr.Money 10-08-2018 06:10 PM

i think most drivers have the idea on track...... "That'll never happen to me"......

welp, mistakes happen to everyone, just be glad you didn't make a 100,000 grand mistake.

Luckily the BMW wasn't going the same speed and was able to brake in time

Does anyone know if the GTR has the personalize plate "P Walker" or something along those lines. I have seen it around Langley in the past

My god how do you do that in a gtr. What a waste.

FerrariEnzo 10-10-2018 06:33 AM

Any car crashes and the first thing we think of are Mustangs... Ford is getting free advertisements.. lmao

It's always the snap over steer, RWD, AWD, even this FWD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...&v=hOb389rjILU

Luckily the BMW was only a 428i with the M Sport package and was too slow to make contact with the GTR :noyoudidnt:

Front the front angle it looks like he lifted from the rear view it looks like he stayed on it too long :S

I wouldn't say full "lifting" is the solution, rather modulation. It is true that he has no traction because he launched too hard in the wet but he needs to reduce his throttle until he regains traction and not completely lift suddenly as this will cause the vehicle's momentum will dictate its direction = snap oversteer.

Hope they have track insurance..yikes!

Gerbs 10-22-2018 03:11 PM

How do you avoid that snap oversteer like that BMW on Youtube? Is it cause he floored it in the rain?

tofu1413 10-22-2018 03:39 PM

from what i heard from the local R35 guys:

guy launched it so hard that the AWD system went into 2WD mode (ATTESA ETS is RWD based to begin with).... and from another source, that guy was known to drive in an out of control fashion since he picked it up.

how I see it was he abused Godzilla and Godzilla bites back. To be frank it was truly a car that can go fast easy, but abuse the power and you'd pay the consequences just like any car.

it happened on the track
for once I ain't even mad
