Why? It’s Berz. Nobody gonna mess with him. Plus, you can build a fortress there. Bunkers with secret passages, a helo pad, you name it. Hell, you can build your own runway.

If they take the full payout, it would be $1.537B over 29 years, which is $53M per year.. I would probably still take the lump sum, but $53M per year isn't bad..

^maybe, but I'm 30 USD poorer. I bought 30 bucks worth of them fricken tickets. Got caught up in all the hype, lol. Haven't bothered to check the numbers yet.
