Seeking for Automotive Service Advisor to join our team!

DUTIES: The successful candidate will:
•Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
•Create service appointments, resolve service or parts inquiries over the phone
•Review service history and recommend needed services to guests
•Promote sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and its associated service requirements
•Perform repair orders maintenance (filing, payment process etc.)
•Write repair orders and monitor the progress of the customer vehicle from start to finish
•Place guest/client needs above all else
•Perform additional duties as instructed by Service Manager
QUALIFICATIONS: The Successful candidate will have:
•Excellent sales and communications skills
•Fluency in English, and Mandarin/Cantonese an asset
•A minimum of three years experience as a dealership service advisor
•Working knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system or the ability to learn new operating systems quickly
•High School Diploma or equivalent experience
•Ability to type more than 50 words per minute
•Class 5 Driver license
