In addition to what's already posted, there's also SoHo which is on Cambie & 19th that serves some HK cafe style food Soho Tea Room Menu - Cambie and 19th, Vancouver
Only went there once and it was just OK

a) below superstore on #3 rd bbq master is the name
b) inside parker place (butcher take out); one of the few places with entire BBQ guninea pig for weddings. The food court is also very legit.
c) master hung bbq @ 8780 blundell

I haven't been there in about 2 years.
