Battery Tender with no outlet?

So long story short. I live in a condo and the person who parks next to me hit my car last year. And when ICBC deemed him at fault my car was keyed. He started parking a few spots away but has since started to park beside me again. I’m storing my car for winter and usually I’d just take the battery out and put it on a tender. But for this year I’d like to keep my dashcam running with motion detection, but there’s no power outlet near where I park.

Has anyone charged their battery throughout the winter with no outlet? Maybe a battery pack that I can charge up every week? Something that’s not too big so I don’t get complaints from the strata.

Thanks!

Battery pack? Two Dc car batteries, swap them out every week while on is on the charger. Skip the tender completely. I think you need to think this through clearly.

How are you planning on charging a battery with no outlet?

If you were going to charge the car battery off a battery pack you could just run the dash cam off a battery directly. I would just get a power bank and run the cam off that, maybe get two and swap them as needed.

powerbank would work if ur dash cam runs off of USB power, or u can look into dedicated battery packs for dash cams like cellink, both would be easier to swap and more viable option than a battery tender with/o an outlet or swapping out 12V car batteries.

Note on the power bank, make sure you get one that outputs the power necessary for your dash cam. If the dashcam isn't a usb plug and plug is a direct connection to the cig lighter, you can actually get a mini USB to USB cord. Getting a high quality cord is key to the power delivery.

If using a battery pack make sure the current output is sufficient for your dashcam.

Also those dashboard solar panels might work but there isn't a whole lot of daylight to go around right now.

Also. Return the favor in spades.
After you key his car, with your camera set up, you catch the prick red handed as he attempts his revenge
