Once trump takes away their carbon credits and EV tax rebates I don't see how tesla can overcome it. Unless another tweet "Funding Secured"
Though I've already seen quite a bit of facelift model Y's driving around Vancouver so who knows? | Erh... your username is surely fitting. It's clear that you have no idea what you are talking about and neither have any actual understanding in the field.
FSD is the best self-driving system out there. I have had it all the way back from 2019 and I was able to see the progress first hand from early builds until now. It went from a party gimmick that I'd activate once a while to show F&F to something I used daily to take my *kids* to school with. It is that good now that I trust it with my own life and my kids'.
Apple quit the development of its car because of 2 reasons, 1. it couldn't find a partner to go with, and 2. their own people leading self-driving tech realized that they would never have the amount of data that they need to compete with Tesla's development. The company with the second-most data is Waymo, and even there they knew it was a lost cause. That's why pretty much all of the original Waymo people have left the company. They don't have a viable plan to get the amount of data needed to train their NN models.
CT is the best day-to-day driving truck ever-made. I have yet to encounter a single owner who have a different opinion. And many of them come from a background of driving pickups all their life.
Roadster 2 is coming. It's just not a priority for Tesla.
If Optimus is a sham, why did so many startups followed Tesla's lead into the market and so many VCs are willing to throw billions into this sector? I guess you might be angry at it if it's got the potential to replace you at work.
Grok 3 is now THE benchmark to beat in the AI sector. Sure, it might not be there forever, but from a company that came together from July 23 to the leading company in just shy of 2yrs is no small feat.
Semi, it delivers (no pun intended) every metric that it said it would. It's limited now in CA because only 2 companies (really just Pepsico in CA for now) took deliveries and there is very limited production and infrastructure in place for any EV truck company to claim success as of now. But it's coming. Once the production facility is complete and V4 cabinets are in place (supports 1.2MW charging capability), there would be more on road.

Seriously though, I'm usually the most "ahead of the time" people in my social circle.
I was the first one with an iPhone, I was the first one with a Prime membership and I was the first one with a Facebook account.
One thing I regretted over the years was that I never actually invested in those companies until "the narrative changed". When Apple was ridiculed by RIM/MS, I thought... well, if they say so. Even though I loved my iPhone at first sight and thought that'd be the future. Same thing goes with Prime. I thought amazon was awesome. But it was losing money left and right.
Should I have invested in those companies when I got their product/services I loved, I'd probably 10x my networth right now.
So, I think I'm a very average dude, just a bit ahead. Whatever I like, it's whatever the market would eventually like. I'm just usually ahead of the curve.
When I got my Tesla, I knew the day I drove it back, that this would be the future. That's how I made 7 figures with TSLA.
And you know the funny thing? That feeling hasn't changed one bit. I had sold/bought AAPL/AMZN/MSFT/NFLX/NVDA many times and the one stock that I continue to accumulate is TSLA.
It will be the most valuable company on Earth by far within my lifetime. I have no doubt about it.

Unless something drastically changes, who else is still going to buy a Tesla?
Now, I've always been a very pragmatic kind of guy. If Tesla can come up with their purported Model Q to be sold at a dramatically lower price than their current lowest trim TM3 while still being a useful 4 (or 5) seater vehicle, then there is a good chance they can gain market share again. Cuz when something is cheap enough, a lot of compromises can be made, including compromises on principles.

Optimus is way behind multiple other companies. This company is from BC. https://www.sanctuary.ai/blog/morgan...s-sanctuary-ai
musk claimed the roadster would be the fastest production car and would have rockets. I call B.S. Too many other fast EV's. The Rimac Nevera goes 0-60 in 1.74 seconds.

Looks like the writ will be dropped on Sunday. You want an election PP? Let's do this MF! It will be a fail for him even if Cons won a minority. Total fail for PP if they lost to Libs even if Libs get a minority. Lots at stake for his future and I don't think it will bode well. I just don't think the Cons will pull out the majority that they were projected to about 6 months ago.

We need a GoFundMe for Trudeau to help him furnish his bachelor pad. Dude definitely does not have enough Canadian Tire points to do it by himself.

I find it hilarious that they hired a POC to be the model for their clothing. How's that going down with their base?
