Anyone know a structural engineer or foundation expert?

Hi Revscene,

I think my house has a differential settlement problem. One corner of the house has floor tiles cracked along the wall.

Thought I'd have someone to do an inspection on what's really going on, but there are literally tons of structural engineer firms in Vancouver and very few of them have any reviews. I just don't know who to use.

So I am just wondering if anyone here knows a reputable structural engineer or foundation expert that can do a site survey.

Thanks!

Funny enough I was searching for someone to do foam jacking on one of my concrete slabs and these guys came up on my feed. They seem to do what you're looking for.

If you're looking for a home inspector that seems very competent, I would consider Tom Munro.

I found him on Youtube years ago, and he's a local GVRD Home inspector.

Take a look at some of his youtube videos. They're quite interesting and he seems very knowledgeable.
