The design team really nailed the lambo/ferrari styling.

Cheap financing makes people seem a lot richer than they actually are...

I'm actually not really blown away by the looks of this thing, I guess because it looks like such a ferrari knock-off that it already looks dated to me.
And that's gotta be one of the ugliest steering wheels I've seen in a while.

I find it awkward looking... and if you watch Jay Leno's video where he opens the door there's like a carbon fibre spear off the door that looks horribly impractical lol

So did anyone put down a deposit? Dueck started taking $1k deposit at the end of last month and another $9k deposit is due when the order sheet becomes available and you spec out your car. At first they said it was for September delivery but now it’s for November delivery.

i dont believe it's expected in the US until next year

i'd be surprised if it's coming to Canada before that, you might wanna check if that's not just dealer blowing smoke outa their ass to secure deposits

How tf does everyone around here just have 70k+taxes hanging around to "scoop one up" on a whim? Does everyone here own multiple houses or just literal millionaires by the age of 30?

If you look at the majority of people's cars in the latest picture of your car thread, revsceners are doing quite well. This ain't Ferrari chat but still.

Impulse buy + financing. You don't need to be rich to make questionable financial decisions.

I’m sure they don’t know when the delivery date is because they probably know what everyone else knows which is nothing

Anybody with a C7 here? I wonder what insurance will be like here. I've never had one, what's it cost to insure a $70K car?

900 HP hybrid ZR1 in the works.

Quote:
Motortrend was able to acquire the specs as to what can be expected with the ZR1 and it’s going to be a brute. Through one of their most reliable sources, they’ve learned that the car will be a hybrid. No, it’s not going to be aimed at fuel economy, either. Instead, the hybrid system will take a shot at the most power a Corvette has ever seen. It’s believed that the car will produce 900 hp through a twin-turbo DOHC V8 aided by electric. They call their source a “Senior Official at GM.”
