probably just a coincidence but im noticing all the white guys on RS replying here besides SkinnyPupp/320icar are going with the 'let's think about her family/she must have be going thru tough shit give her a break' sentiment?
i'm not saying to stalk/harass her family but fuck that, take some goddamn responsibility to your words esp directly towards strangers and have some EQ/social IQ

You show me some relevant examples of people apologizing for past or in the heat of the moment behaviour and I'll show you examples where the mob took that as admittance of much worse and an excuse for further behaviour. What recourse is needed? Unless there was damage to the persons car why do they feel like they are owed something? Shit way worse than that happens to people every fucking day. Take pride in the fact that you're a better person and get on with your life.
Is the time spent trying to ruin someone's life over that worth the effort? Why is it always the losers of the world who have time to seek people out that they don't even know on social media and go bat shit crazy on them? I guess successful people are too busy getting actual shit done.
This whole movement is a joke, I guarantee all these people who want to seek and destroy have skeletons in their closet that would make them shit their pants if they found it was on video.

So while we have ongoing gun violence and massive opioid deaths, people invest more time and effort into an old rambling parking lot bag. Yeah she said racist things but this is one single person involved in one single event that only impacted the people immediate in the situation and then bled over to people who weren't even involved now being dragged through the same mud as the actual perp.
The people 'seeking revenge' only care about their own social media XP so they can level up, get their 'rising star' achievement medal and maybe earn *gasp* 4 more followers on their social media pages! These people are repulsive cretins and are no better than those they attack. I'm willing to bet most of these people spend more time in their virtual world doing virtually virtuous things to polish their ego while doing nothing for their communities. Narcissists pure and simple. The narrative shifts from actual victims onto how these virtual soldiers 'react' or 'feel' about the victims.
Fuck, you can lead these people off a cliff if you told them a racist was heading that way.

Is the lady being racist in the cell phone video? Absolutely! No doubt.
Is it a hate crime under the Criminal Code of Canada? I don't think so.
People on this RS thread can give their opinions without fear of persecution because of the freedom of speech that we have in Canada.
Unfortunately, this lady takes that freedom too far in spewing hatred against the Chinese lady.

Harvey Specter, can you confirm if this definition of a hate crime is correct?
If that lady uttered threats at the other driver or committed a violent act to harm the other person, then the legal ramifications for her are very different than the incident that occurred. No crime was committed in this incident.

Funny thing is, i've read a few diff local reporters now saying what she did isnt considered any sort of crime under the criminal code, however, there are comments and threats being made to her online which absolutely could be considered criminal offenses..
I'm not siding with the moron whatsoever, but honestly would be nice to see some SJW get some hefty penalties for their actions to straight these basement dwellers out who want to ruin peoples lives to feel better about their own existence.
