Fan render of front end looks like current F series. But I agree. I like the rear of the new G series, but the front is attrocious

lol, the front is hideous. If you photoshop it so the middle connects, it looks nicer like this. Now it can look like an Audi.

The design boss has committed design suicide.

After seeing this abomination, anyone else find his previous comments offensive? He claimed the new design was made specifically to cater to Chinese and Middle Eastern tastes, but I don't think any HUMAN, nevermind the Chinese or the Arabs, would find this attractive?

If there is anything I've learned from being in the new home construction industry it's that it takes a lot of money to have bad taste and most of the people i've seen with the worst taste (and most money) are asian.

BMW's are still a status symbol and a lot of people will continue to buy them because of this. And because the rich are buying it the middle class will want to emulate them and buy these as well.

As hideous as we all agree that it is (and it is very ugly) it will eventually gain some degree of acceptance. Hopefully they will change the design of their grill due to customer demand like Acura did with the grill on the 2009-2011 Acura TL.

Lots of butthurts in here, refreshed and risky design is needed instead of a rehashed version of the same thing. Looking forward to seeing the final product.

From the thread title I thought the car had radiator and differential leaks from new.

I hope the front grill doesn't bleed into the X3 model line up. The X1-X5 model line ups have proportional sized grills for each vehicle. The X7 is just massive.

Inspiration from Dodge? It'll probably look fantastic as a whole car.
