Following up with this, I'm now starting month 3 of keto. Lost 10lbs and I am happy to report I no longer look like I'm 9 months pregnant
Plus I can actually cook decently now ish.

I'm hoping to hit 315 on deadlifts 5 reps by June (hopefully)
