help w/ tailgate foot sensor install/general car electronics

new to car electronics. so need a bit of help from resident installers/electricians. will be a good learning exp for me.

i bought tailgate foot sensor. with 4 wires.

Trigger
ACC
constant 12v
Ground

is it recommended that i tap into a 12v/ACC wire somewhere in the back or run new one from fusebox? If i do tap. i will be putting in inline 5a fuse for each acc/12v

Also i've been reading in the RDX the trigger (automatic close) is positive wired? how can i confirm this. i believe a voltmeter? but not sure what im looking for. and if its positively wired so i need a relay?

is it recommended i use close button trigger or release/open button trigger.

Hello Rallydrv,
What year and kind of vehicle do you have?
Can you share the link for the hatch opener that you have?

Thank you for the English version.

It seems fairly straight forward. Getting both power wires to their destinations may take some time, but this is very doable. From my perspective I would say 2-3 hours to complete this task.
