I bought this hybrid mattress for myself 2 months ago. I liked it, I like their pillows a lot too, so much that I bought myself another one of their pillows. I also ordered the same mattress for my parents.

My old mattress gave me a lot of back pain and since i've been in two MVAs in the past year, I figured I should get myself smt decent. Happy to report no back pain - im a side/back sleeper. Cannot comment on its performance in the fun department tho, covid has me hung out to dry.

I have referral code that I can PM, but I think it's on sale right now for $850 in a Queen
that is actually the one I'm thinking about getting, that and the mattress bad you get $200 off which seems really reasonable. I've been having back pain for ages because of my bed and the gf is starting to complain as well when she sleeps over so I have to upgrade. How do you like it compared to being firm/soft?

I haven't had that much experience with different beds, but its firmer than my all foam IKEA 6 inch mattress that i've had for the last 15 years LOL. That thing was so flat, I might as well have been sleeping on the floor.

It's softer than a Horseshoe (?) that super asian harder than rocks bed. My parents say its pretty firm compared to their old spring mattress, but i think they'll get used to it.

I prefer firm beds over a cloud though, and I feel that this is just right for me

Bic_Baws did you get the hybrid or the all foam one? I'm interested in your comment in particular because currently I have an Ikea 6" foam that's about 8 years old and I feel like I've had my ass kicked every morning I wake up recently... thought I was just getting old but perhaps it's actually something to do with my mattress. Their all-foam one is like $750 on sale too and seems interesting to me!

How much taller is it than the Ikea one too is it noticeable? I ask because my bed is purposely the lowest one I could find and I do not use a boxspring at all because my dog is 14 years old and even as it sits right now she can just barely jump on the bed reliably, so I don't want to get anything higher because of her.

edit: Hmm I see the foam one is about 10" in their spec sheet, maybe that won't work for me...

Thank you for the input, I got one don’t like firm beds and I’m mostly a side sleeper and after reading/watching a bunch of reviews that mattress won’t work for me. I just wish there was a place where I could try them all dammit.

Yeah I definitely felt the same things in my Ikea 6" all foam. Ex's had complaints that the bed frame was digging into their back during fun time LOL.

Both my parents and I have the Hybrid. It is noticeably taller. I believe it's a 12". And my parents were surprised at the height difference - dad missed the ground LOL.

I'm not sure if my back problems were related to the previous mattress being all foam or if it was just old as shit. 6 inch was probably 2-3 inches after 10 years. I'm pretty sure any mattress would be a good upgrade.

Lately I've been feeling so exhausted, I probably spend about 12 hours in my bed, watching TV, on RS/CL/social, etc. Its definitely firm and starts to hurt after awhile. But it regains it's shape pretty quickly. I have no complaints if I don't stay in my bed for more than just sleeping time.

Just went with the silk&snow hybrid, after reading all the reviews it looks like it will work best for me since I'm a bigger guy. The boxing day deal is decent $200.00 off and a free pillow. I just hope I like it.

I have the Logan & Cove Mattress, it's a hybrid as well. I prefer a hybrid over memory foam because it gives it some support, especially at the edges.

Picked up a new Panasonic ES-LV97 shaver from the Panasonic store through Perkopolis for $171 ($190 - 10% voucher from my last Eneloop purchase). Ended up about $50 cheaper than the next least expensive (Costco, Best Buy) at $220.

Been needing a new shaver for a while.

It's already stupid there on regular weekends with line-ups at almost every store, including the ones that normally never have people in them.

I drop by once in a while after work during the weekday, and its almost dead. Especially on rainy days. You might get an extra 10-15? off their regular sales today? Not worth the time, and especially the risk.

got there 10 min after they opened, maybe by 1030 they started making you queue outside the complex

tons of parking near entrance when we left which seems rare for weekends

UA had way too many people inside

Ended up buying a new mattress as well albeit not Boxing Day pricing:

https://www.costco.ca/kirkland-signa...100569578.html

Most reviews seem to infer this is a $3000+ mattress with a Kirkland tag. Was going to buy the top model Casper but I’d rather put the remainder to a high end duvet. Let’s see how it goes
