[YVR] FS: 2008 civic si sedan

Dealer serviced by previous owners with a lot of work done over the years. Currently owned by honda dealer red seal technician (me)

A ton of service work done during my ownership to refresh vehicle and have it continue running better than others with much lower milage

-no oil leaks and engine in immaculate condition as you see in photos
-no transmission grind. VIN is not part of vehicles affected by this issue
-pcm and all modules up to date with latest software available from honda
-doesnt burn oil. Basically touching full mark on dip stick by the time next oil changes are due
-Oil changes done with Acura synthetic 5w-30 oil and OEM filters
-Clutch done early 2020 at around 200k kms
OEM clutch, OEM flywheel, OEM release bearing, OEM pilot bearing, OEM pressure plate used
-new OEM rear main seal replaced while transmission was out
-Valve adjustment done in dec 2020
-brake fluid, clutch fluid, coolant, manual transmission fluid all replaced late 2020 with OEM honda fluids. Basically all fluids in vehicle
-specdtuning OE style projector headlights with hikari ultra LED bulbs. Properly aligned beams
Still have original headlights but hazed hence replacement
-front brakes replaced december 2020 with OEM pads. 10mm
-rear brakes at 6mm with OE pads
-michelin pilot sport a/s3+ all around with 6.5-7/32nds. 65-70%
-tires rebalanced twice a year
-alignment done late 2020
-engine air filter and hepa filter replaced mid 2020
-fuel injection cleaning service done last 2019
-OEM wiper blades installed and new inserts replace Nov 2020
Under $20 to replace inserts at dealer with OEM blades
-Battery replaced december 2019 with OEM battery
-serpentine belt replaced OEM part 2017
-OEM serpentine belt tensioner replace 2017
-OEM right engine mount replaced 2017
-OEM front sway bar bushing installed dec 2020
-Atoto A6 audio unit installed with adaptor to use Android auto or apple carplay
-OEM SI shift boot installed to replace old worn shift boot
-small claim left rear corner by a small scratch I got on bumper in costco parking lot
Paid extra for brand new OEM rear bumper for body shop to install during repair instead of painting old bumper. Body shop also replaced tail light for the tiny scratch on it
-front and rear brakes serviced regularly. (B service)
-OEM driver door check strap replaced late 2019. Common issue that usually gets ignored. Keeps door open without shutting on you
-A/C system serviced and recharged to specifications early 2020
