Just picked up this incredibly mint 1990 Toyota Cressida on Friday.
Purchased from the original owner who bought it in Richmond from Toyota back 1990. 93,000kms, everything works, from the antenna that retracts flawlessly, to the headlight squirters:

It also pairs well with my girlfriend's 4x4 Toyota Hiace:

I've wanted to get back in a Cressida again since mine was written off 8 years ago. I'm not sure what my plans are yet but I'm leaning towards Serialnine coilovers (ran them in my x7 and loved them), 16x9/10 watanabes, and then eventually 1uz with cd009... we will see.

That's a really clean and nice example of Cressida. My dad had one I think either a 1990 or 1991 model year but was written off when someone slammed into the car when it snowed. Congrats on the buy!

lol, it was her idea. I imported one for her, and one for my mom. My mom drove her's 14,000kms across Canada this summer, she loves it. Neither of them had any issues with RHD.

1997 Toyota Hiace (US legal this year)
1KZTE Turbo Diesel
71,000kms
2wd

Not sure about the location, someone else can chime in on that. Think I recall seeing a news segment on the couple that owns this house and their meticulous and eccentric garden.

I'm surprised I honestly haven't seen any pek yau Vans yet, considering how popular delicas are and the whole Van life crowd. I see more odd ball kei trucks but I've only seen like one or two hiace.

Yes, it is auto, but I just secured a w58 for it that was paired to 7mge in a supra.

And the interior is in great shape:

That Cressida is a dream!! And in white too. Great score. My mom had an '86(pre-update) burgundy on burgundy, I got my drivers licence in it, loved the RWD, rolled hard with the homies in the early '90's when cruising around aimlessly was the shit. Gangster lean rear end sag was on-point. It has a Technics stereo with an EQ that bumped. Man, what memories. This car should almost make an appearance in the Nostalgia Thread.
