Heard that Tyson Barrie was a good team mate, friend of McDavid ... tough business. They definitely upgraded but still .. it was just one for one. Oilers need depth in the D.
Interesting situation with Schenn ... so now he goes and gets changed in the visitor's dressing room on Sat night. Strange. Leafs also shed Sandin and Engvall.

Rangers and Leafs went all in with their trades this season.
Bruins also made some moves for more depth.
Bruins and Rangers are the beasts of the East come playoff time.

The Los Angeles Kings have traded franchise-icon Jonathan Quick to the Columbus Blue Jackets for a package that includes goaltender Joonas Korpisalo and defenceman Vladislav Gavrikov.
The Kings are also sending a first-round pick to the Blue Jackets in the trade.
