Ferrari's first SUV

Not bad. Has suicide doors.

supafamous 09-13-2022 10:42 AM

That engine location is going to make servicing it a real job. Like a timing chain job on a B8 S4. LOL.

Harvey Specter 09-13-2022 10:56 AM

I'll keep my Urus Performante order.

hud 91gt 09-13-2022 10:58 AM

Definitely looks better then the competing SUVs

Mr.Money 09-13-2022 11:35 AM

knowing how snobby the ferrari brand is. you cannot out right purchase one without being with the brand in past purchases.

Love how all the auto makers are tackling the performance suv market for more competition.

even better is getting rid of the hybrid electric motor faze. one less worry.

Badhobz 09-13-2022 12:15 PM

I don’t understand why Ferrari would need this brand dilution. They aren’t short on cash, they don’t need to be mass market, and they sure as fuck are super protective of their exclusivity. Why do this ?

I recall for the longest time they absolutely adamantly refused to ever produce a Ferrari SUV. I think they said in an interview that a Ferrari suv is the maserati levente.

The cars are already artificially limited so adding another model in a lineup of 2-4 year wait times is insane.

underscore 09-13-2022 12:52 PM

Imagine going through all the BS of dealing with Ferrari just for an SUV.

Badhobz 09-13-2022 01:06 PM

Best t&t grocery getter though.

pastarocket 09-13-2022 01:09 PM

Hmm. The Purosangue is a four seater SUV.

I wonder how well this Ferrari will sell among the mainlanders here.

Some mainlanders might buy the Urus instead for the extra interior room. Maybe more storage room for their grocery shopping in the Urus compared to the Purosangue.

Coming to a local road in the Lower Mainland soon?

68style 09-13-2022 02:48 PM

I care so little about the SUV purchasing concerns of a local “mainlander” as you put it I can barely even type this message lol

Their previous overlord, Sergio Marchionne, was the one who was super adamant that they'd never make an SUV but money talks and their customers are the ones demanding it. Since it's a V12 it's gonna go for at least $400k or so and probably $600k OTD.

At least it's a real Ferrari and not just a Maserati that's dressed up.

Overkill ... useless really. Seems like something for a Justin Bieber to add to his collection.

It will be in Richmond everywhere.

teggy604 09-13-2022 08:10 PM

Its cool and all but I still rather take a Bentley Bentayga for daily than this.

He is banned from buying new Ferrari's.

I'm really digging the Bentayga, the cullinan looks boring and ugly. I wonder why we don't see any dbx. Apparently they sell well. So it's still G63 or Bentayga for me, Urus is only v8 so not special enough and gl maybach doesn't really look that much more special than a regular gl. :drunk: poor people problems

Alpine 09-13-2022 09:04 PM

Looks like a New toyota. OOPS.

Both the new Bentayga and DBX look great with the DBX being my favorite of the bunch. Photos don't really show how large the vehicle is, and it is imposing in person without being too flashy IMO.

This new Ferrari doesn't look exciting enough for me, but I'm sure it'll sell well anyway.

Manic! 09-14-2022 11:27 AM

2 types of people will buy this:

1: people who only want to own Ferrari's.
2: People who want to brag about owning a Ferrari but have a hard time getting in and out of one.

Personally I would rather have a RS6 Avant or a CTS V wagon with a manual.

Badhobz 09-14-2022 12:24 PM

^ferrari's easy to get in and out of (tahts why i was cross shopping them).

my fat ass couldnt get in and out of a lambo that easily or anything that has insanely wide door sills (cough cough looking at you i8)

Not sure why you’d say that. Remember when the x6/x6m came out? They were fucking EVERYWHERE in Richmond and that is a 4 seater SUV no?

pastarocket 09-14-2022 01:43 PM

What is the MSRP for the Purosangue in Canada?

I read on Car and Driver that the estimated price in the US is about 400 thousand.

Alpine 09-14-2022 10:56 PM

https://picolio.auto123.com/auto123-...0sport%201.jpg

I'll just buy this and wrap it in Ferrari red.

StylinRed 09-15-2022 01:50 PM

I always liked the Ferrari FF but wagons don't reach as wide a market as crossovers or suvs, so it makes sense to switch to that

V12 and it looks good, seems like a winner.

Heard units are all accounted for for the first 3 yrs at least

westopher 09-15-2022 07:22 PM

It's crazy how much people can spend on so many new cars and be totally ok with them looking like shit.
