Chegg shares drop more than 40% after company says ChatGPT is killing it's business.
Chegg shares tumbled after the online education company said ChatGPT is hurting its growth.
"In the first part of the year, we saw no noticeable impact from ChatGPT on our new account growth and we were meeting expectations on new sign-ups," CEO Dan Rosensweig said during the earnings call Monday evening. "However, since March we saw a significant spike in student interest in ChatGPT. We now believe it's having an impact on our new customer growth rate."

Microsoft also invested 10 billion into CHATGTP and is putting it into everything including bing and office.
Is anyone else laughing at how CHATGTP screwed over musk? He donated 100 mill when they were an open-source company and then when he wanted a piece of the company they told him to fck off. The company is now worth 30 billion.

The best way to tell if it's AI generated. Look at the hands.
The machine learning isn't able to properly draw or animate hands because it doesn't have an understanding of what hands are, and how they work.
You'll notice in the video how fucked up all the hands look on people  | |

Now they can take a picture of person with clothes on and use AI to make them naked. This person posted pictures on Instagram with clothes on and someone sent her pictures of her naked. people her understand the the tech but what about the people who don't. ChatGPT is a text-based AI so it's more for answering questions and doing coding than images. There are a ton of image generating AIs but right now I think stable diffusion, DALL-E, and midjourney are most popular.
