Have you used any of your tests yet? That’s a pretty good value if it’s legit compared to the heart health Center I was looking at previously

after peaking at 160.x i seem to be hard stuck at 162.x
trying to go dry for a month, thinking amazing gains, but i think all i did was exchange booze for junk food (chips) and i think that's caused the plateau

12 days in (started on the 6th) and I'm down to 180 from 183. I've closed my exercise and move ring on my watch 11 out of 12 days so far with a mix of walking, biking, and weight training. I'll have to pick up running next as I think I've gone as far as walking as I can.

I thought I had blown it mid week when I ate a can of Pringles (Cheddar and Sour Cream is delicious) in a day but I've mostly managed to improve my diet too - overnight oats, chia seeds, and flaxseed every day for breakfast (boy do I shit real good now) and more veg and even brown rice (my 5 year old is willing to eat brown rice finally).

I'm off on a family vacation starting tomorrow and while I probably won't eat very clean I'm hoping to fit in a workout every second day.

Make sure you don't pull off what dark0821 did on his vacation and come back into a "My500lb story."

Update: My GF is continuing passionately with her diet. She preps her meals now. She works odd hours so she eats lunch & dinner at work and cooks plenty. Being Filipino, she would eat rice (white) like candy. Also, being Filipino, she cooks for me like I'm her son ("eat more, you skinny fuck").

And she just eats 1 cup of brown rice everyday. She's taking this dietary change very seriously as we are now at 2 months since her blood work. 1 more month to go before her next test. Will she change? Yes, but not go back to her old diet but, rather, she'll just cook new things.

Spoiler!

Weighed in today at the gym. 75.8kg, I was 76.6 last week.

I don't think this one counts though because I was having diarrhea from something for the last 3 days.

at the start of september i had enough of the effects of food on me and was getting "fat" feeling bloated and heavy.

went to a naturopath, did some food testing blood work, regular blood work, and a dutch test

since really stopping the wheat/gluten (still have a bit from time to time) and getting on some supplements i dropped 10+ pounds in the first month (204 to 193ish) and a bit more since then I'm still trying to stay away from the gluten and weighed in at 186 this weekend.

i definitely feel the benefits, but worried now I'm not eating enough to keep me fueled at the gym and worried of muscle loss.

trying to keep my wife on board with this and cutting out the shit processed food in our house has been trying at times, especially with a toddler, it's a lot to prep and make while worrying about her too.

Rice and rice-based carbs (e.g. rice noodles).

There's a reason that Chicken + Rice + Broccoli is a meme for bodybuilding/fitness circles.

Jesus christ, I tell ya, the stuff that girls and women wear these days to the gym is out of this world.

Literally the technology they have in designing women's athletic gear probably uses like AutoCAD 3D modelling shit like in F1. All the different panels and weaves and shit to perfectly accentuate and enhance all the right body parts.

Saw a girl at the gym today, petite girl, maybe filipino, face was so-so, but she was wearing these shorts (spoiler for size, but is SFW... safe for work but maybe not safe for wife...)

Spoiler!

Look at all the different panels and weaves and shit to perfectly frame the ass... like, I couldn't help but look, especially when she decided to use the lat pulldown right in front of me.

Almost have to rub one out after each workout...
