I have the BORT license plate as well and if we didn't require a front plate here I'd put it on for sure.

The stal̕əw̓asəm or Riverview Bridge, designed to replace the Pattullo Bridge, between Surrey and New Westminster, will open all four lanes at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14.
The consortium of constructors behind the project, Fraser Crossing Partners, says drivers will be able to access the bridge from McBride Boulevard and the new Royal Avenue on-ramp in New Westminster, and King George Boulevard in Surrey.

COINS? Nah play the games that give you the diamonds, that you can use for coupon codes. But don't play the games too much, they're a bit addicting and it gets harder to complete the daily challenges. I would only do the first two tiers of the daily challenges too, not for all, but for some.
The go-go-match game gives you diamonds for doing their in-game challenges too.
