He was mumbling something about how he had a nicer watch at home than the citizen he was wearing... Instead of "thank you", I shouted "Hyundai sucks!" when I got off the bus.
No joke though, one stop was so abrupt, this guy that must've broke 300lb slid down the bench seat. Good thing the bar was strong enough to stop his slide.

I am curious - what happens when someone legitimately complains about a bus driver with all the information required? (I assume they must be super pissed or just a Karen.)

CI will always try to defuse unless it's an actual SAFETY isssue, then it'll be brought up the chain to the respective department for an investigation.
there's people calling in saying bus driver missed them at the stop.
CI always try to defuse it there. They'll ask questions like "were you standing at the ID pole or did you make yourself visible?" shit like that.
There's also nice people that uses that form to give a commendation to a bus driver for doing something nice. that usually get brought to our operation supervisor which then will give us a letter with an hour of pay.
