They pulled them off the shelves because a LOT of the guitars have faulty whammy bars and there were a LOT of people that got their 360's bricked after the GH2 update from Xbox Live :lol

i think it's a good thing as in extra features are never bad but after trying it for a bit today it's just clumsy. and i don't usually want people msning me when i'm playing anyway.

that said at least they let you plug in a usb keyboard so you don't spend half an hour writing each message.

2nd.. finally got couple of races in and majority of my races turns into destruction derbys.....

but oh well a race is a race..... cant really expect much considering Forza attracts none race sim gamers....

right now just prepping up my RX-7 and trying to make like Ryosuke from Initial D as much as possible....... if only im more talented in the paint job section..

What I found best is on the first turn if you sat back and watch everyone crash. It usually weeds out the crashers and if you're decent you can make up the time very fast.

The table makes it a much better accessory. it just doesn't work that well on ur lap.

I guess i prefer games more arcade style. The environment and the style of Forza just bores me to death.

xbox live is fun, it makes the game last alot longer then reuglar single player games and i think 90% of the xbox 360 games are worth its price... especially all of them can be played online. unlike Wii games that u get tired of them after a few hrs

Really depends on you...if you think you'll do a lot of multiplaying + paying the $60ish to play on Live every year then keep it stock.

If you're the type of person that doesn't do much online gaming and would much rather save money on the games then go ahead and mod it.

my ps3 is strictly blu ray player at the moment...

i hav an early HDTV model so my tv only supports 480p and 1080i...

considering most ps3 games r displayed at 720p, i get the sucker end of it and all the games are downscaled to a horrid 480p..

there isnt alot of good games on the ps3, its too early on its life..

but the opposite can be said bout the 360......paying $60 a game and being Live enabled is worth it...... because online gaming makes your games life last much longer..

i was close to modding my 360 months ago, just luck that i never got a chance and now i hear ppl getting banned from Live from modding..

if nethin else, id put ur ps3 back in the box until ff13, mgs and killzone comes out........... which is next year..

first few minutes i played it, i fucking hated the control, tequila looked stupid sliding on every table u run into..

but further u get into the demo, its crazy chaotic, u can literally blow up everything on the screen..

controls are slightly sloppy, but the game itself kicks ass.. it grew on me after finishing the demo

some cool aspects of the bullet time effect were improve on this game compared to Max Payne..

now i'll probably end up getting this on ps3 if the game supported all HD resolutions.. the ps3 version comes with Hard Boiled Blu Ray..

i just picked up Marvel vs Capcom 2 for xbox on craiglist for a good $50.. thank god i didnt pay $80 which i was actually willing to..

anyways, i thought i picked up a bootleg copy or something cuz when i played this game on 360, the game itself was glitchy

well the gameplay is fine, its the character models that are glitchy and too pixelated..


i look it up the net and i felt such a relief that i didnt pick up a bootleg copy, the 360's BC update wasn't perfected for MvsC 2.. now i just hope they fix this problem....

Microsoft already issued a statement saying ANYBODY caught playing the game prior to it's release will be immediately banned. Doesn't matter if you have stealth firmware or not because your console keeps a record of the games you've played and when you played them.

basically right from the foundation.. when Halo first came out, it was raved about how well an FPS game will play on consoles and this game benchmarked it

if Goldeneye was a new generation in console FPS, Halo success and made a new era from it

from there on, we all got hooked from the gameplay to the storyline..

and with such a dragged cliffhanger ending in Halo 2, alot of us cant wait...

but then different people have different opinions..

u can either jump to the bandwagon, or be one of the original fans of the series......... or not.

Halo isnt overhyped or recognize as a good franchise for nothing.. and with 1.6 million people who pre ordered this game and the insane amount it sold the first day of release..

Gears of War and Halo are 2 completely different games despite the fact that all u do is "shoot things"

the storyline gets pretty epic.... dont give up on halo, frankly i gave up on the halo franchise the first time halo 2 came out back in '04..

then i picked up this game again once the 360 started supporting it through BC......... then i get hooked again....

but last i heard, the older 360s are pretty much cleared right now and even the Halo special edition 360s are now running on the newer upgraded chips...

also ask around if its worth getting a 2 or 3 year warranty from FS/BB, last i heard if ur console breaks down, they just sent it microsoft which is something u could do urself

or they replace ur console with a new one on the spot at the stores.....

shop around when u are near into buying one, costco has some insane deals like with an extra game, controller, charger pack etc...

or discounted prices........ the 360 is a 2 year old console, so manufacturers can afford to throw in some good bundles and deals now..

lmao, agreed. every single game sucks to him. PGR4 is basically an improved PGR3, so i'm not sure how PGR3 is supposed to be better... they pretty much have the same cars and tracks and gameplay except that PGR4 has improved graphics, some more cars + bikes, and lots of different weather effects.
