If I had a high end detailing place I would only accept high end clients

detailing pretty much anyone can get the tools to do it.. chip protection, you need a plotter/cutter + the latest templates.. so guess which one has a higher profit margin?

However, while they started out pretty well, their PR with much of the automotive enthusiast community has been less than stellar. I can't get into a lot of detail (har har) but there have been plenty of unhappy customers knocking on their door that, unless they were pushed and prodded and forced to, they simply ignored.
A business in this field is only as successful as your reputation is.

I'm so glad I never bought gift certs from them..... They seemed so promising when they first started off. Good info, good prices, and constantly posting to keep in touch with customers and potential customers.

I actually have to give them props.
Without them I would never have learned how to properly detail my car on my own and do a great job doing it by avoiding their practices and techniques.
