Discussion on how to keep your car shining bright and make them heads turn..
What are some good products to restore the colour and luster on an aged interior? The dash and door panels are some sort of plasticy vinyl material, not quite sure how else to describe it..
There's also some weird white residue (presumably glue) on my dash from the previous owner that is very difficult to remove, unless I just sit there and pick/scrape at it with my finger nails for awhile. I've tried using some adhesive remover that we use at my work (a dealership) but to no avail.
I'll snap a couple shots tomorrow of what it looks like.
Bought some 303 Aerospace earlier today and sprayed on a quick single coat on my dash., center console, and door panels. Brought some of the colour back and it feels much smoother now as well. Will probably do another coat or two to see if it makes a bigger difference.
i use meguires rubber and vinyl restorer...not to glossy but it shines it back, and protects at the same time.
