: Midnight Snacks

I find that in the last 2 months I can't sleep a full night's sleep. I always wake up at around 5am. I couldn't figure out why at first and I'd just go back to bed only to wake up again 2 hours later.

It seems that eating something is the only way to go back to sleep and not wake up again. I don't feel really hungry but i'll have a small bite.

Anyone experienced this before?

I dont have this problem, but I absolutely cannot fall asleep on an empty stomach.
I have to eat something before bed, usually a protein shake or a bowl of cereal

Cinnamon toast crunch ftw

Do you eat 3 meals a day with small snacks in-between? Night "hunger pangs" usually go away with a glass of water. If not, then your diet is the problem.
