under the old system you could only get one ticket per year. I know once I got 2 in one year. paid one, lost the other a year later. didn't have to pay any points so it must have been on conviction.
the new system is 3 over 3 years so really it doesn't matter much any more which year it happens.
^3 over 3 years? whats that never heard of it.
i thought it was 4+points (usually 2 tickets) in the span of 1 year, makes me pay DPP premium and then my points are back to 0. so if i get another ticket after i pay my premium, ill be back to 2-3points not
also, when does the 1 year start. my first ticket? the year 2009?

DRP apply if these offences occurred on or after Jan. 1, 2008
Once the DRP is fully phased in, the driver record scan will be for the past three years.
