Best connectors for screwn in type terminals?

I just bought an amp which have screw down terminals instead of the traditional style made for ring connectors.

It looks like this

I was wondering what was the best type of connectors to use for these terminals?

Gotta be careful to make sure that all the positive wire strands are going into the positive terminal and not frayed one or two into negative or gonna be Z

The power and ground cables hold very good..because of the thickness. However, the speaker wires kept breaking as I tightened the screw. If I don't screw it down as much, they feel loose in there.

I found the Audison screw downs tend to cut the wires if you tighten them down too much. Strip the wire, fold it in half and tighten down carefully.

That's what I ended up doing on my Audison amps. I used gold plated ones, but regular ones are available just about anywhere. The stuff is easy to use and makes keeping all the strands together a snap.

Yes but adding a connector increases the resistance at the connection which therefore ruins the sound quality.. hehe...
Double it up, like Mike mentioned and cover the end with solder, like Godwin mentioned, then it should work.

I'd rather have a good solid connection over worrying about a bit of resistance. Especially at speaker level. It's not like it's at pre-amp level. Just my 2 bits.
