you nearly killed 2 pedestrians crossing the pedestrian crosswalk on Kwantlen road in Richmond, you douchebag.
I was stopped at the crosswalk, waiting for the two individuals to make their way across and you decided to pull a fag ass move.
Passed me on a non-existent lane and drove through the crosswalk with NO consideration of your surrounding environment.

yea, I was planning on reporting him to the non-emergency line, but alas my poor rationalization got to the best of me. I had assumed that the popo would be tied up with security and the olympics and would "brush" this complaint off.

So no, there pretty much is nothing the cops can do. Maybe if you had called the non-emergency line they could've alerted a cruiser in the vicinity to keep a lookup for this car and see if he does anymore illegal manuveurs?

that cross walk is really bad
especially during peak times, the short distance from the crosswalk to the intersection makes people wanna rush the turn, and the fact that the big wall is blocking drivers view of the pedestrians until they are 5 feet away from the curb makes it dangerous because a lot of students cross and dont look
but yeah this guy is pretty lame

yep that place is pretty dangerous , considering is kwantlen, there are lots of punk asian rich kids.. A few months ago, this guy , yes GUY in a SLK basically went to the opposite lane to go the stalled traffic...
I usually avoid that area cause ya,, is filled with idiot asian rich boy drivers.
