| GF hooking up with friend I introduced
So this is what's happening to my friend who is a guy.
He and his gf has been dating for years, recently he introduced some friends to his gf, then within weeks his gf is hooking up with one of the friends he introduced. He confronted the gf and they got into a huge argument, the gf denies that there is anything between them, but he has confirmed that there is something between them. The gf uses the argument as an excuse to break up with my friend, but continues to deny that she's hooking up with the new guy. Has anyone experienced this? My friend thinks the gf is denying just so she won't be seen as a slut.

This relationship was doomed before the introduction. It was just a matter of time. I have seen this situation played out a million times (typically in the 16-23 year old crowd).
And seriously, who dates a girl for years before introducing her to his friends?

My guy friend has been taking his gf to his parties and introducing her to his friends. I guess this particular time it was some relatively new friend?

I agree with TheNewGirl. Its usually the younger ones that jump from guy to guy like that.
Always on the lookout for "something better"
Girls like this need to be taken out back and shot. If a guy were to do it women start bitching and moaning about it, so what makes it ok for them to?

It's just a thing people do in their late teens and early 20s (usually) when both their hormones are raging and they don't know what they want in a partner so they're trying out lots of different things until they do find what works for them.
It's normal and to be expected. And while it sucks when it happens to you it's also nothing to be overly worried about.
Clearly the relationship wasn't going to work out. Time to look else where.
