Takes me five seconds to blur out a plate in photoshop but takes forever blurring a plate within Final Cut Pro. I honestly don't know what it is but I blur them out whenever I take photos. It only takes me 5 seconds so I don't mind. I believe some people think that if one is willing and if one has access to such information, one would be theoretically able to write down the plate number of the car that he/she feels that is worth most in parts, go out of their way looking for this plate number, perhaps being able to look it up in ICBC database and steal the parts? I'm not 100% sure if this is even possible but even I ask for my plate to be blurred out when people take pictures of my car. Thankfully they don't and I put a fake Japanese plate over top of my BC plate so I'm good either or. I guess I'll just blur them out anyways in the video. Guess you guys will have to wait another few hours as its back to the drawing board... aarrggh. Stupid slow computers.

I don't think it matters if you blur out the plate or not, just look at all the pictures posted up, a lot of people didn't blur out any of the plates anyways. Maybe if someone request you to blur out their plate then do it, otherwise don't worry so much about it.

Nope. Gonna take a nap while it uploads. Usually any 720 HD video i put up on YouTube takes like 2 hours if they are around 4-8 minutes long.
This video is about 4:30 and theres 70 minutes left according to YouTube so just check it in the morning or in a few hours. It could also be my network at home. Who knows what music my sister is downloading or what netflix movie shes watching causing to slow down my video upload!! I'll post the link tonight or early morning. Besides its nothing special. I personally think it sucks and if the GoPro didn't die (stupid two hour battery) then i'd get more/better footage i missed a lot of cars as well and I apologize for that. Many people huddling around a car or blocking my shot so when i came back later on to retry some of the cars were already gone but i guess theres always next year to try it again.

Finally... done! Please keep in mind I'm not a professional at this I just do it for fun so don't expect crazy awesome video. I've seen a few others who were capturing footage with their DSLR's and they'll probably have a way better edit then mine. Once again I apologize as I wasn't able to get everyone in the video. Page 3, post number 56. TRDood posted a photo of the guy walking his cat. You can see the GoPro and how its mounted. It's just on a pole. Most people use an old ski pole and cut the end off as it already comes with a nice handle. However, one does require a GoPro Handle Bar mount or Roll Cage mount from either GoPro.com, BHphotovideo.com or possible Broadway Camera if they carry GoPro accessories.

Hey no problem! Anytime. I wasn't picking out what cars I should film. I was just walking around up and down all the isles and capturing as much footy as possible but lots of it was scrapped as it was a bit shaky and people were in the way or blocking the shot. When I went back to redo it the vehicle was gone :( I'll be better prepared for the next major meet. Maybe if theres a Fall/Winter meet or something? :eek5: :eek5x:

it's a 1992, he bought it this year and it still had a license plate on it with an expired 1995 sticker on it. rode for 3 years then parked for 16. he got it back to new condition, 16k original kms on it, painted it (not with spray paint) and graced us with it's presence. I saw so many people take pics of it but this is the only one in the thread.

Not really desperate, just asked if anybody had any pics thats all. Pretty normal thing to do. Not even going to get into it with you on whats played out and what isn't. Anybody ever introduced the 'to each their own' code around here? Gotta respect an enthusiast for his own shit. Im not a fan of some of the stuff going on here but obviously theres a huge variety of looks and scenes, you don't see me telling everybody how to style their car.
