I disagree. It showed us WHY Harvey became such an ass and also WHY Mike started to Write exams for money ( to take care of his grandma). This episode was for character development.

We already knew that Mike wrote exams for the money to take care of his grandma, the same as why he tried to drop the drugs early on to care for his grandma's more expensive care. The reality is that while none of this background info was bad, everything aside from maybe the Hartman background was pretty much immaterial... this episode felt like filler to me, which sucked. :(

The clothes are pretty awesome. Mad Men gets a lot of credit for their period piece wardrobe and the 1950's suits are incredible but you have to be a certain type of dude to pull of a Don Draper suit. The ones in suits are just as cool in a more modern GQ sort of way, I think.

Harvey is a little to modern Gecko for me. Enjoy Mike's fit. Well tailored mid-tier look with skinny ties that are never silk. Sadly he's quite a bit taller and thinner than me so I'd most likely fit best in Louis' look. :okay: Good news is even he's pretty on point although he sometimes looks like he's wearing a size too big.

Great show, though. I put watching it on hold for the past year and I'm glad that I finally have had a chance to check it out. There are, admittedly, a few :derp: moments but it's a great change of pace from the slew of crappy shows out there right now.
