Rest of Season 5 (5x11-5x16) 6 episodes episodes start this Winter mid Jan to late Jan 2016. Not gonna lie, I was tearing up during the scene in the Church playroom when Mike was looking at the book shelf his Grandma donated with his books.

Real life Mike Ross, she practiced law for 10 years and finally got caught.

I suppose that'll remain a mystery until further disclosed.

Will learning who turned Mike in become an arching story in the back six episodes?

I was an anomaly, because it seems like when everybody found out that Mike was going to be discovered -- writers, reporters, the editor of the episode -- the first question is, "Who did it?" The only person that didn’t ask that question first was me. In real life you might never know who did it. The bigger question is: what are we going to do about it? But after being presented that question by a hundred different people it's like, OK. I guess we need to explore this thing. We’re not going to find out in [episode] 511, but we will find out down the line.

I don't understand why its so hard to find proof that Mike didn't go to law school?

From Season 1 episode 8.

After Mike figures out a way for Lola to not be connected to Loxley LLC and tells Lola about it, she returns the favour by hacking into the Harvard Law School alumni database and puts Mike on it. She is also able to get him a real Harvard Diploma by telling the Dean's office that Mike lost his. After everything was settled, she also claims to be working things out with her father, thanks to Mike. She also helps Mike become a member of the New York Bar.

It isn't enough for any of the Harvard law students/professors/dean to be like I don't remember Mike attending school his lack of presence physical at Harvard is circumstantial at best. Lola hacking and providing all those documents builds Mike's case of being a lawyer.

I don't know why the DA Gibbs didn't start from the beginning and just check Mike's undergrad record, he clearly was expelled for cheating thanks to Trevor. I don't remember in the previous seasons of the show them explaining how Mike was able to transfer without completing his undergrad. Academic dishonesty though Mike did take the fall for Trevor he still aided in cheating there's no way any Law School let alone Harvard admit a cheater.

So I'm pretty confused about the ending tonight.

Why would Mike take a deal when he literally just had the revelation that if he is guilty (or pleads guilty), then everyone is guilty. Mike wouldn't sell out any of the partners either so I'm not sure why he would even walk into the office.

Mr. Diaz said it "Yea, well they find me guilty they're gonna send my friends to prison anyway. "

Mike would rather take the first deal 2 years in prison and protecting Harvey/Louis/Jessica. If he takes his chances with the jury, and they find him guilty it gives Gibs the go ahead to go after his "friends" at PSL. If he's innocent then it all goes away but guilty it not only hurts him but everyone around him.

He seemed so pleased with himself. If I was him I'd be like shit I spent hours talking to this guy trying to get information about him but there's nothing I can use to fuck with him.

He has his girls' number, wow what's he going to do make prank calls?

Writers must have a better idea than I can think of. I thought he was going to rat on him for using the phone or something.

He wanted to find out how close Mike is to Harvey and what their relationship is like. He knows how loyal Mike is to him, along with how much Harvey has done. Basically finding out that Harvey actually cares about Mike. Now he can go ahead and fuck with Mike. He didn't really need to learn much more, the talks about life were to build trust. Also, now he owns Mike through the phone, and can txt Rachel anything he wants.

Honestly, this episode was shitty imo. Wasn't really engaged at all during, and the acting seemed less than average.

Yup it sure is, kept watching hoping it would go back to it's roots but it never did. Too much of a soap opera these passed few seasons

That double episode season finale felt kind of rushed near the end

wait, it was a double episode?

I stopped watching and deleted it from my pvr when i saw the credits after Harvey asked the team if he should go to Chicago or not. Is there another episode after that???

The series has been on autopilot for like 4 or 5 seasons. Hopefully the spinoff freshens things up. Most of the characters are totally stale, so some new ones will be good to see, along with a couple as a familiar backdrop.

It was good to see that Louis had grown over 7 seasons. From despicable character, to actually a decent person.

So is suits over???

Also did not know Rachel - Meghan Markle is actually Prince Harry's finance... :sweetjesus:

Spoiler alert:

Also kind of upset about how Mike and Rachel aren't returning to the show. Was only into watching it for so long cause I loved seeing Mike the underdog save the day. And I really wanted to see Mike and Rachel's new firm. Hopefully they bring them in for a cameo.

I think I stopped watching after like season 3 or 4, cuz it got a little repetitive. Worth going on till the end or more of the same formula + add new villain?

No, Suits lasted about 3 or 4 seasons too long as it is. Even worse once Mike and Jessica left.

Only watch it if you REALLY like the characters, because it really is the same shit over and over...

I watched it till the end and the last few seasons were a real grind, agreed they should have ended it at least 3 seasons earlier.
