Would like to have another one sometime in my life. what concerns me is that while i can a kennel or boarding place for my dog easily, it would be hard for me to find someone to pet sit reptiles

Anybody with snakes? My 1 year old ball python recently started refusing to eat what's odd as hell for her.
Usually I feed her every 2 weeks for past 3 months cause she's growing quick. She never ever (year old) refused to eat. I feed it live rats.
So last feeding 2 weeks ago I gave her 2 rats per usual. She ate one and when I trew in the 2nd one she didn't bother :(
Figured she's full so whatever. But now 2 weeks later I just brought her one rat and she's not interested :( I looked few things up and come with no real result why she would start being fussy now after never havin issues? :( any help would be great thx

had a ball python a couple of times
they sometimes refuse to eat for awhile. also check the temperatures and make sure they have a good cooling/heat area

Yeah make sure basking spot and cool spot temps are good along with humidity.. my lizard didnt eat for a week when i first got him, if your snakes grown alot latley maybe it out grew its terranium and needs a bigger one? could be stressed.
as for reptile sitting rogers aquatics sits reptiles, not sure how much they charge though, i got everything except my frilled dragon from them, they give discounts too once you come often!

I have 2.2 Tokay geckos. Used to have several kinds of day geckos and crested geckos but in the end Tokays are my fav.
Also had dart frogs for a little while. Beautiful and fun to watch but got tired of messing with fruit flies.
