Haha... our chihuahua sleeps in our bed every night, and she's small enough that she doesn't take over the bed. She'll find an occupied spot. Sometimes it's at the foot of the bed, sometimes it's by our heads, but most times it's between our legs underneath the sheets. :D

i have a toy poddle and i dont let him sleep with me for:
1 he likes to lean against my stomach or back so if i dont want to wake him up i cant move
2 he takes up the blankets so i dont have any
3 in fear of rolling over and crushing him
tho there r occasions where i take 2 hr naps and let him up on the bed
but the long sleeps at night hes not allowed up

My dog will always park himself right smack dab in the middle of the bed, or he'll sleep right between me and my wife's head, which is not bad, except he is old and snores now :lol

My pek sleeps in between my legs around the ankles and when he's feeling like annoying me, he'll bump his head to mine and pass out.

Omg, mine too. :tears: When I turned away, he would keep inching closer until his back touch mine. When my gf come over, he prefer my gf over me and would sleep by her side.
When I wake up in the morning, he also makes noises similar somebody who doesn't want to wake up just yet. Sometimes he would dug a spot under the blanket. Stretching and all that slow-to-get-up stuffs.
His other spots are at the foot of the mattress or on the blanket between the legs but we kicked him out because he's a standard and thus, heavy. He learned and sticked to sleeping besides us now.
Here is he sleeping on the couch:

I never let dogs sleep in my bed, all the dirt and sand they bring up to your bed, so uncomfortable
instead they either sleep on their own couch outside or under the bed

My dogs are always kept clean. If we walk them, we wash their paws and wipe down their body.

yep we have an artificial grass inside.
That way we dont have to wash their paws everytime they go out to pee/poo.

^ nope it doesnt stick to the grass, unless its soft and moist.
You can take the whole grass off and wash it, its quite easy..:ilied:
actually my fiance does it , so i dont know if its easy
I sleep with my bichon. He knows who's boss though. If I need to move, he'll move otherwise he knows he'll get crushed/kicked off the bed. Too bad I can't do anything about his snoring haha.

The only dog that has slept in my bed was the old man. They have to earn thee trust to be able to sleep loose. Then they have to earn the privilege of sleeping in the bed. The kennels are in our rooms, except the danes kennel as it was just too big.
i'm the pack leader, we have three dogs and two puppies from my mated bichons that my brother and his wifes fam have. the pups come over every other week and they all like to sleep together in the kennel as a fam. the biggest one is mine, if i sleep on the couch he tries to steal my pillow and i have to tell him to know his place. my mom's a pushover with them cuz they're cute so the big guy will take advantage if he has an opportunity. they all know my room is off limits, it's my space so i have to get cesar milan on them if they're feeling brave and try to take me on by the numbers lol.
brown dog is their cousin from upstairs. my aunts dog.

I have a German shepherd and when i got him he was about 6 months old and we had to keep him in the kettle at night for a couple days then after that he slept at the foot of my bed then he turned 2 and he just got so big he occupied my bed so I had to evict him from my bed and instead of looking around for a pet bed for him i bought him a futon (i know its a little much put we were renovating the house at the time and i didn't want him to get splinters and crap all over him) and he sleeps there every night and occasionally when there is a thunder storm and him being a baby ill sacrifice some space for him.
His name Commit

I'm the pack leader and alpha male, the bed is the one place I won't allow them on and they know it.
Tell that to my father-in-law. He, not only lets his Pomeranian sleep in the bed, but he lets that dog lay on his head. The dog thinks it owns the place. My brother-in-law wishes death on him, daily. He's hopeful, since it only ever eats doggy treats, and tasty table scraps. I feel sorry for the animal. Attempts by the family to train him properly are quickly undone by my father-in-law as he spoils the damn thing.

She tries to jump on my fiance's bed when we dont notice but we do.
We try not to let her get into the habit of sleeping on master's bed and focus on her sleeping in hers every night. So far so good...

My mom doesn't want either our cat or dog to touch the bed because she says they're dirty lol. My cat loves to sleep in my bed when I accidentally leave my bedroom door open. Other than that, my cat and dog have their own bed
