no, that's considered assault. Beating the shit out of the person is something we would love to do, but we cant.

only thing you can do is put him under citizen arrest and hold him till cops come.

I just don't get how people put "cheap" and "good" together in one sentence....
You can only get one or the other.

You want a cheap system, don't except much other than a VGA webcam quality.
