So apparently my GL 500 needs to have its power steering pump, rack and pinion replaced. I got a quote from my dealership (one on west broadway) that its going to cost about $6000+. Does anyone know where I can get this fixed for a lower price? Somewhere that's certified would be great. Anywhere around Vancouver or Burnaby is fine. Any other suggestions are welcomed too! Thanks!

Went to dealer for an issue, they quoted $6-7000, Richmond motorwerks figured it out and costed $600 instead.

Thanks for all your responses. I will give them all a call and ask for a quote. I believe we (it's my bros) purchased the car in 2009 and production date is 2008. I find it quite unbelievable that the power steering pump is broken with such a short amount of time or is this common in most benz? Mileage isn't too high with around 60000km.

Find the parts on rockauto.com and just compare prices.
