Sounds good to me, rich people can pay the extra percentage on their new car purchase and I'll pay 7% on my used cars on private sales again instead of the 12% they've been trying to cram down our throats.

Unless the auto dealers association steps in again to level the playing field getting all butt hurt because they can't overcharge people as much for their trade-ins when the private seller has an "unfair" advantage.
