4.4 has been good to me too, maybe your phone was still doing background updating which could cause it to be slower.

I do miss the split notifications though.

Just replaced my matte film protector for a 9H tempered glass screen protector.

Clarity is awesome.

Go to Angel cellular in Richmond (Garden city + Cambie) to get it for $20, includes installation! Online you can find them anywhere between $9-$40, with the trusted ones being $15-$20USD. They also have them at Aberdeen @ $29 including installation but thats stupid.

Careful with buying it, I heard 4.4 KK stops S View functionality for aftermarket cases. Even spigen!

Didnt look into it much more than that cause i dont use S View

I think this one should be fine because you need to take off the back cover just like the original s-view. But ya thanks!

Edit: apparently there are issues with spigen as well, but as with anything android there is a fix!

this thing looks good until you drop it. Dropped mine once and the hinge on the cover broke. It's held on by a tiny nub, very fragile.

Are you guys on custom ROMs on kitkat? Anyone experiencing data problems after flashing ROMs? I checked the APN's and even readded them but still doesn't work on some ROMs. Currently only Wicked ROM has data working for me

From what I can tell online you can't avoid tripping Knox on 4.4.2.

I rooted my note 3 stock rom and install xposed frame work following a guide on xda knox 0x0 still I think it will trip if you install custom roms

But i use an external USB battery pack i bought from amazon.ca & it's able to change two devices at 2 amp....i got it on sale for 45 dollars..i recommend it for all phones & tablets....works on ipad too or anything USB powered,including a ps4 controller where you don't have to connect it to the system,it's a Good Brand so don't worry about it burning out your devices or something stupid like breaking down cause its made pretty good & well reviewed everywhere.

Yup still highly recommended, just did a close inspection and still not a scratch on it, im not exactly the most careful with my phone either :concentrate:

Got a few of my friends to get em too, one thanked me a week later cause she dropped it and the corner cracked, but her screen is fine.

so i have an unlock note 3 9005 model i got from ncix

everything is working fine except for tethering. when i turn on wifi hotspot, any device can connect, the problem is, there is no internet coming through. laptop or phone, it will show the device is connected and has wifi signal at their end.

i google up and this happens mostly to rooted device.. my phone isnt rooted just unlock.

im under koodo with 2.5 gigs.. i had no probleming tethering on my other phone note 2

it's been at 15% all day today so far and im down to 2%
