Just found out about this 10 minutes ago. Friend's dog was taken last week :(,
they were hoping to give whomever the benefit of the doubt because Portia got loose and was just up the street (she's a teacup maltese weighs between 6-8lbs and deaf )
but it's been a week and even though she was tagged with address and contact info they haven't returned their family member :(
at this point might be easier to locate the vehicle in question hence this post.
