Man with anger issues
From the translation:

The man finally bought his dream car after 15 years of hard work. But the s63amg 4matic he bought had a defect. It turned off by itself for two times. The ShingSung Motors promised him that they'll get him a new one if that thing happens again. It happened again,but they didn't keep their promise. So he got really mad and started to smash his car in front of dealers. They called the police and now the man is charged for breaking the property (doesn't matter who owns it), and interfering their workplace

apparently it's a lease and the car has warranty so I don't really get why he smashed the car since the insurance company isn't going to pay for it and mercedes will sue him.

If its a lease car, you just don't drive it when it breaks down and ask the dealer to tow it.
