Rapper E40 performing at Vancouver marajuana 420 party.
I saw Rae Kwon of the WuTang Clan being steamed live performing at 420 last time... he was doing some classic songs and I felt bad about not seeing it in person.
This year E40 is coming out... anyone know what time hes expected?
