| Residential Home Inspectors
Anyone know any good residential home inspectors/companies locally that can also travel to Alberta?
I need to get a private inspection done on a rebuilt house because the builder is a filthy scammer.

What's wrong with home inspectors that are located in Alberta that you would rather want a GVRD inspector to travel?

I can't offer you any local recommendation but I will recommend Steve from Admirable Inspections out of Edmonton AB. https://www.yeginspections.ca/

Hands down Pillar to Post is the best around. They are located all across north america and are in Alberta as well so you won't have to pay someone extra money to travel. https://pillartopost.com |

Isn't building code a Provincial thing?... so a local one in BC might not be as experienced as one in AB with their particularities.

Alberta has no building code, they’ve started using the national one as reference but also follow BC which is probably the best in Canada in terms of envelope
